UM Unveils Largest Library in Mindanao
The University of Mindanao officially opened its new library, the biggest in Mindanao, on Jan 29, 2024. The 3-story, 1.2-hectare facility boasts space for 2,000 students and features dedicated areas for study, group work, conferences, and even houses an AV room. The library reflects UM’s commitment to providing a top-notch learning environment.
This expansion marks a significant milestone for UM, solidifying its position as a leader in academic excellence. Students can now access a wider range of resources and study areas, fostering a vibrant learning hub within the Matina campus. The library is expected to become a cornerstone for UM’s academic community, encouraging collaboration, research, and intellectual growth for years to come.
