Stipendium Hungaricum (SH) Scholarship
The Stipendium Hungaricum (SH) scholarship program is an academic scholarship established by the Hungarian Government to promote the internationalization of Hungarian higher education and to attract top foreign students from all around the world who can build ersonal and professional attachments to Hungary while enjoying high quality education in the heart of Europe.
The program is implemented in the Philippines on the basis of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Hungary. The renewal of the MOU for Academic Year 2021-2023 was signed in October 2020.

The program covers tuition fees, monthly stipend, accommodation assistance, adn health insurance.
*Airfare and travel taxes are not covered by the program.
